Feedback on how to successfully implement Scrum (Temporary Title)

Fnac.com is the largest ecommerce web site in France. The upper management asked me to come aboard and coach them on how to successfully implement Scrum in the company.

This conference is an extensive experience report about the first Scrum implementation at Fnac.com. Basically, we will talk about the before and after, talking also about what we did to make sure that the Scrum is a success. I was the pioneer in Scrum teaching and coaching a group of 30 people.

After the implementation, the company conclude that the Scrum implementation was a success. The managers wanted to continue and spread out Scrum in other IT departments.
